Trust Our Process for Your Custom Outdoor Kitchen
You'll never miss a step. Here at Blazek Landscapes, we have a system with checkpoints and clear communication throughout the process. You will know the status of your outdoor kitchen project every step of the way, from your initial design to the completion of the build.
Step 1: Get in Touch With Our Outdoor Kitchen Experts
Give us a call or send us a message through our online contact form. Owner Shawn will contact you within 1-2 business days to discuss your outdoor kitchen dreams, budget, and timeline. Discussing these things up front allows us to determine whether we are the right company for your project.
Step 2: On-Site Visit
The on-site visit helps us understand your project goals and your existing landscape to help you come up with a landscape solution for your outdoor space. If you already have a landscape design plan, we will work with your plan to bring your landscape to life! We are happy to answer any questions and provide guidance and solutions that allow for customization and phasing for larger projects. We will ask for a survey or site plan of the property and take additional measurements so we can provide an accurate and detailed proposal.
Step 3: Plan Presentation
Depending on the scope of your project, you will receive a detailed quote and design drawing within one week of the on-site visit. We can then discuss any revisions or project phasing for the installation. Larger designs will have an on-site follow-up within one to two weeks of the initial visit.
Step 4: Approval + Agreement Signing
Once we have made any revisions to your plan and agreed to move forward, we will accept a 10% deposit and get you on the schedule. We are committed to making revisions until we get it right!
Step 5: Expert Landscape Installation and Work
We will show up on time at the start of the project to begin installation. We will also collect another 50% of the remaining balance at this time. During installation, our team maintains a clean job site. If you have any questions, ask Shawn. He oversees the work to ensure it is completed to your satisfaction and our high standards.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
When the project is complete, we will do a final walkthrough of the site with you to ensure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We will also discuss any warranties and how to maintain your new landscape. We will collect the final payment at this time.
