Blazek Landscapes did an outstanding job with landscape design and building a Lueder stone patio in our backyard outdoor living area. Shawn was responsive, came by soon after we contacted them and spent time discussing options. I expected replacing a wood deck with stone would break the budget, but the price was better than I expected. Not too much more than bids to repair / replace wood, and now I don't have to ever worry about painting and maintaining the wood, a huge plus. The crew was friendly and professional, they worked hard and the work was precise. Everything was well planned. For the removal of the wood deck, a dumpster came in the morning and was full and gone by end of day, instead of sitting there for a long period. They also took care moving items, not breaking irrigation, keeping the work site clean. We're super happy with the project overall and would highly recommend them.

Shawn, our owner, will be in touch with you within one business day so we can get to know you, learn about your vision, budget, and timing preferences for your new landscape. We also use this first conversation to make sure we're a great fit for your landscape project.

Step 2: On-Site Visit

The on-site visit helps us understand your project goals and your existing landscape to help you come up with a landscape solution for your outdoor space. If you already have a landscape design plan, we will work with your plan to bring your landscape to life! We are happy to answer any questions and provide guidance and solutions that allow for customization and phasing for larger projects. We will ask for a survey or site plan of the property and take additional measurements so we can provide an accurate and detailed proposal.

Step 3: Plan Presentation

Depending on the scope of your project, you will receive a detailed quote and design drawing within one week of the on-site visit. We can then discuss any revisions or project phasing for the installation. Larger designs will have an on-site follow-up within one to two weeks of the initial visit.

Step 4

Step 4: Approval + Agreement Signing

Once we have made any revisions to your plan and agreed to move forward, we will accept a 10% deposit and get you on the schedule. We are committed to making revisions until we get it right!

Step 5

Step 5: Expert Landscape Installation and Work

We will show up on time at the start of the project to begin installation. We will also collect another 50% of the remaining balance at this time. During installation, our team maintains a clean job site. If you have any questions, ask Shawn. He oversees the work to ensure it is completed to your satisfaction and our high standards.

Step 6

Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance

When the project is complete, we will do a final walkthrough of the site with you to ensure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We will also discuss any warranties and how to maintain your new landscape. We will collect the final payment at this time.
