We pride ourselves on making our landscape lighting process simple and easy. It’s the same process we follow for every landscape lighting project we do.
Step 1: Consultation Within 1-2 Business Days
Call us or fill out the form on this page, and we’ll have our owner, Shawn, get back to you within 1-2 business days. We strive to provide you with options that not only fit your budget but also your timeline.
Step 2: Site Visit to Assess Your Needs
We visit your property and walk the areas you want to illuminate. By seeing the space in person, typically at night, we can understand your goals and identify opportunities. If you’re ready to go with something specific or have inspirational photos, awesome! We’ll take it from there. If not, we’ll help you develop a plan.
Step 3: Receive Your Proposal
After we’ve assessed your property, we’ll email you a detailed quote and drawing within 1 week of your meeting. We can make adjustments to fixtures, layout, and overall project details at this stage. For larger projects, we’re also happy to phase the work over time.
Step 4: Accept Your Project & Finalize Your Lighting Design
We’ll iterate on your lighting design until you’re 100% happy to move forward. Once you give us the go ahead, we ask for a 10% deposit to secure your job on our calendar.
Step 5: Professional Installation
Our team will arrive at your home and guide you through the entire installation process. From beginning to end, Shawn, as your general contractor, will be overseeing every detail of the job.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough
We walk you through the final details of your project, ideally in the evening, so you can see everything in action. This is when we go over any warranty details, simple maintenance tips, and collect your final payment.
