Blazek Landscapes did an outstanding job with landscape design and building a Lueder stone patio in our backyard outdoor living area. Shawn was responsive, came by soon after we contacted them and spent time discussing options. I expected replacing a wood deck with stone would break the budget, but the price was better than I expected. Not too much more than bids to repair / replace wood, and now I don't have to ever worry about painting and maintaining the wood, a huge plus. The crew was friendly and professional, they worked hard and the work was precise. Everything was well planned. For the removal of the wood deck, a dumpster came in the morning and was full and gone by end of day, instead of sitting there for a long period. They also took care moving items, not breaking irrigation, keeping the work site clean. We're super happy with the project overall and would highly recommend them.

Step 1: Consult with Our Austin & Dripping Springs Design Team

You contact us, or we contact you through our form. Either way, you will receive a call from Shawn within 1-2 business days to talk about your vision, budget, and timeline. This also allows us to make sure we are the right company for your job as well as you can decide if we are the right company for you.

Step 2

Step 2: Visit your Property

We come to your property and walk the land, listen to your goals, assess your current landscape and take measurements. If you have your dream patio designed, send that over! If not, we can design one for you. We will likely ask for a site survey or plot plan of your property to work off of to give you the most accurate proposal.

Step 3

Step 3: Proposal With Design and Pricing Details

We will provide you with a detailed quote and drawing within 1 week of your property visit (for larger projects, we may take 1-2 weeks). At this time, we can make adjustments to the material, layout, or scale of your project. If your project needs to be split up over time, we can discuss that as well.

Step 4

Step 4: Approval + Agreement Signing

Now we make changes to the design, pricing, and layout until you get that "yes!" feeling that you're ready to move forward. We will ask for a 10% deposit to secure your position on our schedule and kickstart your project!

Step 5

Step 5: Professional Installation by Our Team

Like our design process, our installation team shows up on time and ready to roll. We also work diligently to ensure your project is done right. Shawn will typically oversee projects in person to ensure they are being done as you envision.

Step 6

Step 6: Final Walkthrough and Ongoing Maintenance

As with any project we complete, we walk the property with you to show off our finished work and answer any questions. This is when we will go over any warranty details and share quick maintenance tips you can do to keep your landscape looking AMAZING! Once satisfied, we will ask for the final payment.
