How long have you been in business?
We have been designing and installing landscapes for over 20 years.
Do you have any references?
We strive to maintain a high level of satisfied customers and our professionalism insures a healthy referral basis. We value a good referral as much as you do and always have current references available that you may call.
How long will the work take to complete?
The length of each project varies and will depend on the scope of work and the cooperation of the weather. We will establish projected completion date at the start of your project and strive to meet that deadline.
When can you start?
We can usually start a project within two weeks. During very busy times, the lead time may be as long as two months. If you have a deadline, we will work with you to achieve your target date.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a signed proposal and a 50% deposit to get your job scheduled. Full payment is due upon completion.
What is your service area?
We service all of Austin, Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, Driftwood, Lakeway, Spicewood, Circle C, Oak Hill, Barton Creek, Travis Country, Westlake, Tarrytown and more. Depending on the size of your project, we may be open to traveling further.
What type of payment do you accept?
Full payment is due upon completion. We accept checks and cash.
Do you have a warranty?
We have a one month root damage guarantee at planting. Our hardscapes have a one year craftsmanship warranty. Plants and hardscape are not warrantied against improper owner care, over or under watering, extreme weather, drought or freezing.
Do you accept smaller jobs?
Our jobs range from one day to up to a month to complete. Our minimum requirement for a job is that it be at least one full day's work, usually about $2,000 materials, and labor.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are licensed and insured.
