Blazek Landscapes did an outstanding job with landscape design and building a Lueder stone patio in our backyard outdoor living area. Shawn was responsive, came by soon after we contacted them and spent time discussing options. I expected replacing a wood deck with stone would break the budget, but the price was better than I expected. Not too much more than bids to repair / replace wood, and now I don't have to ever worry about painting and maintaining the wood, a huge plus. The crew was friendly and professional, they worked hard and the work was precise. Everything was well planned. For the removal of the wood deck, a dumpster came in the morning and was full and gone by end of day, instead of sitting there for a long period. They also took care moving items, not breaking irrigation, keeping the work site clean. We're super happy with the project overall and would highly recommend them.

Step 1: Reach Out to Us Within 1-2 Business Days

You contact us, or we reach out to you via your form. Either way, Shawn will call you within 1-2 business days to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. This is also when we both decide if we’re a good fit for each other.

Step 2

Step 2: Visit Your Land to Evaluate Your Goals and Property

We head to your land to walk the property, take measurements, and discuss your goals and existing landscape. If you already have a patio design you love, send it to us! If you’re looking for us to design something for you, we can do that too. We typically request a site survey or plot plan so we can create the most accurate proposal for you.

Step 3: Receive Your Proposal With Design and Pricing

Within 1 week of our visit, we will provide you with a detailed quote and drawing. (Timeline may extend to 1-2 weeks for larger projects). Here we hash out any final details, such as materials, layout, and scale, and if your project will need to be split into phases, we’ll lay out that timeline with you as well.

Step 4: Approve The Job & Secure Your Spot

Are you not ready to commit? No problem. We’ll continue to edit the design, pricing, and layout until you’re mentally checking that YES, THIS IS IT basket. After you approve, we need a 10% deposit to confirm your reservation on our calendar and get started.

Step 5

Step 5: Professional Installation by Our Hardworking Crew

Our installation crew will show up promptly and be ready to work. We pride ourselves on doing it right the first time and not taking shortcuts to finish your job. Shawn will most likely be on-site directing the crew to make sure your patio is built as you imagined.

Step 6

Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Maintenance

Our crew will walk through the property with you after completion of work to ensure you love your new patio and have no questions. We’ll go over warranty information, discuss easy maintenance tips to keep your landscape looking great, and collect your final payment.
