Blazek Landscapes did an outstanding job with landscape design and building a Lueder stone patio in our backyard outdoor living area. Shawn was responsive, came by soon after we contacted them and spent time discussing options. I expected replacing a wood deck with stone would break the budget, but the price was better than I expected. Not too much more than bids to repair / replace wood, and now I don't have to ever worry about painting and maintaining the wood, a huge plus. The crew was friendly and professional, they worked hard and the work was precise. Everything was well planned. For the removal of the wood deck, a dumpster came in the morning and was full and gone by end of day, instead of sitting there for a long period. They also took care moving items, not breaking irrigation, keeping the work site clean. We're super happy with the project overall and would highly recommend them.

Step 1: Consultation Call or Email

Give us a call or email through our website. Shawn will respond within 1 business day to discuss your project, your vision, and whether we are the right team for your project.

Step 2

Step 2: On-Site Visit

We come to you in Tarrytown and evaluate your current landscape and take measurements to understand the details of your project. If you already have your dream design, we will work off that as well.

Step 3

Step 3: Proposal

One week after your site visit, you will receive your quote and design drawing. We may ask to come back for a second visit to discuss options for phasing/customization for larger projects.

Step 4

Step 4: Contract and Planning

Once you approve the plan, we take a 10% deposit and add you to our schedule. We do not start until your design is exactly how you want it.

Step 5

Step 5: Landscape Installation

Our team will show up when they say they will, and we will clean up every day that we are working on your project. Shawn will monitor the installation of your project so that it is meeting your expectations as well as our standards. We take a 50% draw prior to starting installation.

Step 6

Step 6: Project Walkthrough

We walk you through your entire project and answer any questions you may have. We will discuss maintenance recommendations and take your final payment once you sign off on the project.
