Our landscaping services range from conception to design and installation. Therefore, he will be the first and the last person you will shake hands with when the job is complete.

Shawn Blazek, Owner
Shawn received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University School of Agriculture in College Station in 1998. He began working in landscape design and construction management in 1999.
With 24 years of experience, he is a reliable professional who takes pride in his work. Therefore, he is willing to do everything in his power to ensure that the quality of our work meets and hopefully exceeds your expectations. Most noteworthy, his portfolio of work has helped beautify outdoor spaces throughout central Texas.

Construction Crew
Our construction crew includes master masons bringing a high level of skill and efficiency to our landscape installations. Also, our head foreman has over 25 years of experience in landscape construction and has worked for us for over 19 years. A professional mason by trade, he has the experience and skill to make all our projects meet the high expectations of our customers. He works with Shawn to manage and oversee a skilled crew of 3-4 men at the job site.
Our crew’s expert ability to construct and install hardscape components is the best in the Dripping Springs TX area. They are also low voltage landscape lighting and design technicians. Another benefit is that we use state-licensed irrigators and certified installers for our irrigation projects.

Step 1: Get in Touch
Give us a call or fill out our online form. Shawn, our owner, will talk to you within one business day about your landscaping ideas, your budget, and your personal timeline needs. This helps us make sure we are the right fit for your project.
Step 2: On-Site Visit
The on-site visit helps us understand your project goals and your existing landscape to help you come up with a landscape solution for your outdoor space. If you already have a landscape design plan, we will work with your plan to bring your landscape to life! We are happy to answer any questions and provide guidance and solutions that allow for customization and phasing for larger projects. We will ask for a survey or site plan of the property and take additional measurements so we can provide an accurate and detailed proposal.
Step 3: Plan Presentation
Depending on the scope of your project, you will receive a detailed quote and design drawing within one week of the on-site visit. We can then discuss any revisions or project phasing for the installation. Larger designs will have an on-site follow-up within one to two weeks of the initial visit.
Step 4: Approval + Agreement Signing
Once we have made any revisions to your plan and agreed to move forward, we will accept a 10% deposit and get you on the schedule. We are committed to making revisions until we get it right!
Step 5: Installation and Work
We will show up on time at the start of the project to begin installation. We will also collect another 50% of the remaining balance at this time. During installation, our team maintains a clean job site. If you have any questions, ask Shawn. He oversees the work to ensure it is completed to your satisfaction and our high standards.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough + Ongoing Maintenance
When the project is complete, we will do a final walkthrough of the site with you to ensure everything has been done to your satisfaction. We will also discuss any warranties and how to maintain your new landscape. We will collect the final payment at this time.
